Why is this better than a Premium Wash?

The difference is in the sealant. We never use carnauba car wax. This is what most people use. Often bought in a round dish. This is the same thing they put on fruits and vegetables for preservation. This easily washes off with warm soapy water. We use a high quality SiO2 sealant to create long lasting water beading and protection from dirt and sun. SiO2 is newer synthetic formula that is created with similar compounds used in high end ceramic coatings. Different from a regular wax, this bonds and fills in micro sized scratches that prevent water from flowing off your car.

What to expect

This isn't something that removes scratches from your car or something that lasts for years. Scratch remove is only done with polishing and compounding. A longer lasting sealant can be done with ceramic coatings but come with a much higher price tag. You should expect a glossier and smoother paint that is easier to keep clean. We recommend having this reapplied once or twice a year for best protection depending on how often its driven and the conditions its driven in.
